TURNKEY EXECUTION

Your Vision, Perfected Before We Build It

We start with how you live in your space, not with trends. Your function shapes your form.

Your Vision, Perfected Before We Build It

How We Work

Four ways we reimagine interiors, and why it transforms your space.

Surveyed Before Drawn

Existing conditions are measured rather than assumed, particularly in older buildings. A design drawn from an assumption is a design corrected on site.

Long-Lead Items Ordered First

Procurement timelines are established before a programme is committed. The items that decide a completion date are the ones ordered earliest.

Designed Around How You Live

The brief is about use rather than style, because a room that functions badly cannot be rescued with finishes. Tell us the honest version.

Design Through to Execution

Design only, design with procurement, and full turnkey are separate engagements and all available. Ask which one you actually want.

Questions We Get Asked

How does the design process work?

It starts with how you actually use the space, not with a moodboard. We produce a layout and a finish schedule you can react to before anything is ordered. Revisions are part of the process rather than an extra. Once the design is signed off, execution follows a fixed scope.

What does an interior project cost?

Cost follows the finish schedule, which is why we agree that before quoting. An itemised quotation lets you see where the money goes and where you could sensibly spend less. Nothing is hidden in a lump sum. Variations are priced before they are carried out.

Can I use my existing furniture?

Yes, and often you should. We will tell you honestly what works in the new scheme and what does not. Designing around good existing pieces is usually better than replacing everything. That conversation happens at the layout stage rather than after ordering.

How long does a project take?

A programme is agreed once the design is signed off, and material lead times drive most of it. We quote realistic dates rather than attractive ones. Where something slips you will hear about it as it happens. Progress is reported rather than left to be chased.

Do you handle execution as well as design?

Yes — design and execution together avoid the gap where drawings meet a site. We coordinate trades, joinery and finishes to one programme. Where you would rather use your own contractor, we will hand over a complete set of drawings and specifications. Either arrangement works.

Do you charge separately for the design?

Design and execution are quoted separately so you can see what each is worth and are free to take only one. A design fee folded invisibly into a fit-out price is how clients end up unable to compare anything. What is included in each is written down.
